Merdeka 118 is a 118-story skyscraper in downtown Kuala Lumpur and the second tallest building in the world. Designed by Fender Katsalidis Architects and RSP Architects Sdn Bhd, it will serve as headquarters for its developer, PNB Ventures Sdn. Berhad. The building features a Malaysian-inspired triangular, faceted exterior with oblique angles and clean edges. ALT provided the façade solutions and on-site supervision for these design elements.

MGM Cotai's distinctive stacked design resembles Chinese jewelry boxes with interconnected towers. Created by Kohn Pedersen Fox and Wong Tung & Partners Limited, the 495-foot structure stands out through its unique shape and colors rather than height. The interior features "Spectacle," the world's largest free-span, grid-shaped glass roof.

Raffles City Chongqing is a prize-winning CapitaLand project where the Yangtze and Jialing rivers meet. Safdie Architects created this complex with eight curved towers that look like sailing ships. The main attraction is The Crystal, a 300-meter horizontal conservatory that links the towers, featuring gardens and an observation deck with a glass floor. ALT's façade team implemented a sail-like grid design with two-toned grills, glass fins, and windows that open for better airflow. This development has brought new life to the Yuzhong district, creating opportunities for local and international businesses while representing Chongqing's development.
