  • Supports all sales initiatives including but not limited to conducting market research and identifying new opportunities, collecting and analyzing data, effectively managing daily administrative sales tasks, and documenting sales efforts, generatingproject leads, sending of expression of interests and sales inquiries to start the sales process.
  • Manage Proposal accounts – team up with the Technical Directors to ensure proper customer service and foster effective sales generation.
    • Remain knowledgeable on the service offerings and discuss available options to client from time to time if needed.
    • Reads and understands the Request for Proposals and prepares business proposals to be further developed by the technical director (for all technical parts).
    • To lead all internal coordination and inquiries that facilitates the proposal preparation.
    • Makes sure that the final proposal before endorsed to the technical director for onward submission to client are complete and accurate based on the client’s requirements and that all relevant team members have reviewed and signed off all outgoing proposals.
  • From time to time will be asked to conduct sales trips.
  • Proactively liaises on a daily basis with current and prospective clients through direct and indirect communication tools in order to establish business relationship.
  • Actively participates in strategic planning, corporate social responsibility, pricing,market research and meeting appointment schedules.
  • Assists in the preparation of presentation materials; may be requested to conduct presentations to clients from time to time.
  • Represents and promotes the company at various facade or any other industry-related events.
  • Follow and achieve department’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
  • Generate report on a monthly or as needed basis to provide updates to the VP on the status of delegated tasks.
  • Assist the VP and Technical director where possible to generate sales. 


  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree In Marketing, Advertising, Communication Arts, or other Business-related courses.
  • Must have at least two (2) years of experience in Sales & Marketing from the Construction/Engineering or Real Estate industry.
  • Should be knowledgeable about Strategic Marketing and Research.
  • Must have excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Should be capable of multi-tasking while effectively performing Sales and Marketing duties.
  • Knowledge in art direction or creative design is an advantage.
  • Must be flexible, highly-motivated, aggressive, and results-oriented.
  • Must be a team player who can work with minimal supervision.
