The first project in Indonesia of PT Brewin Mesa Sutera, a Singapore-based real estate investment and development company, The Lana (also known as Alam Sutera Residences), consists of two contemporary residential towers (East and West) located in the western part of Jakarta and within the Jabodetabek metro area.
Designed by Aedas, The Lana features an innovative design, functional layouts, quality materials, and abundant amenities. Inspired by Indonesia’s rice patty terraces, the building integrates multiple planes of lush gardens while the balconies on each floor provide natural daylight and stunning views of nature. With ALT working as the facade consultant, The Lana takes the concept of modern living to a whole new level.
