Developed by Hang Lung Properties and designed by Aedas, Center 66 is a mixed-use development consisting of office and retail spaces featuring a 250-meter office tower and the city’s largest mall. Perhaps the most notable feature of this development is the preservation of two historic theatre stages and a hall dating back from the Ming Dynasty (circa AD 1369), all located within the heart of the site. With the help of ALT, its design extensively restores this historic compound while still integrating it into a large public plaza.
