South America’s first supertall and Chile’s tallest building, Torre Costanera is a 300-meter skyscraper located in Santiago’s Providencia district occupying a prominent site along Mapocho River and Costanera Norte expressway, with Andes mountains as its breathtaking backdrop. The glass curtain wall strikes a balance of power and delicateness, while the tower provides a sculptural latticed crown creating a unique and elegant appearance.
Designed by Pelli Clarke Pelli Architects for Cencosud and with ALT working as the facade consultant, Torre Costanera features high-performance building systems and sustainable design strategies, making it one of the most recognizable developments in Latin America.
