Discovery Primea is a 68-storey part-hotel, part-residential luxury tower situated along Ayala Avenue in the Makati Central Business District. ALT Cladding worked with architects Kenzo Tange Associates and Jorge Ramos to ensure that the façade was up to par with JTKC Land’s standard for this 5-star development, which also happens to be a member of the prestigious Preferred Hotels & Resorts LVX collection, a selection of globally sophisticated hotels and resorts.
