Dominating Shenzhen’s skyline and the tallest building among the master plan development designed by KPF and CCDI Group is One Shenzhen Bay Tower 7. Developed by Shenzhen Parkland Group Co., Ltd., stands at 72 floors and offers a mix of residential, hotel, and office components. One of the highlights of this development is Sky, the world’s highest concert hall situated atop the tower. Another design element is its external wall that consists of a horizontal feature with perforation integrated with a light fixture. The perforation allows for air passage that acts as natural ventilation. There is also a hidden damper at the spandrel for natural ventilation. One Shenzhen Bay Tower 7 was completed in 2018 with ALT as the facade consultant.
