One of ALT’s pioneer projects in the Philippines, Philamlife Tower, occupies a prime spot within the Makati Central Business District along Paseo De Roxas Avenue. Developed by AIA Philippines, the building provides ample office space with sizeable free column layouts and its own private club for executives. SOM and W.V. Coscolluela & Associates collaborated on the tower’s design, which features a highly efficient facade of glass, aluminum panels, and granite.
