Porta Nuova Varesine

Transforming Porta Nuova Varesine into an urban community, Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates created a master-plan development that aimed to strengthen the connection between this historic site to its people and their culture. Developed by Hines Italia and Galotti JV, it features three office buildings of multiple heights with glass cladding linked by a landscape setting. Completing its transformation are the geometric design elements on its facade, giving a modern look to the redevelopment. ALT worked for Porta Nuova Varesine and provided relevant facade design insights and analysis according to the architectural intent of the development.
