The Ruby Tower Mumbai (Ruby Mills Tower) has become a landmark on Senapati Bapat Marg in Central Mumbai as a 36-floor commercial tower featuring a double-glazed glass façade. It stands on a 4-floor podium which also accommodates parking. Designed by FXFOWLE Architects and Access Architects, with ALT working as the façade consultant, it was jointly developed by The Ruby Mills Ltd and Rohan Lifescapes and is currently located in one of the most desirable financial destinations in Mumbai, India.
