Developed by the Beijing Science Development Company, the Zhongguancun Financial Center is a technology hub and office with 37 floors in the area known as “China’s Silicon Valley.” Designed by with ALT working as the façade consultant, Zhongguancun is known as being the “Electronics Avenue” and is famous for having prominent IT and electronics bazaars nearby. Many world-renowned companies have built their Chinese headquarters and research centers in the area such as Google, Intel, Oracle Corporation, Sony, IBM, and many more, thus sealing the park’s reputation as one of the best places for science and technology.
